Juan’s second month in Portugal

This day marks our second month here in Porto, Portugal, and it feels like a year since we moved. Each day feels lengthy, yet I’m not accomplishing something productive. It’s as if every day is a weekend, but each night brings hope for a better tomorrow, reassuring that everything will be alright.

I am happy that my partner is always by my side, cheering me up each day and ensuring I don’t feel alone. When I feel pressure and overthink, I am reminded not to worry about the future because it will be okay. Moving to a new place is not that easy; it takes time to get adjusted, but we can do it!

What keeps Juan busy?

I’ve somewhat established a routine that keeps me going every day. I already have a favorite route that takes me to some scenic parts of the city, walking through these cobblestones and passing by interesting murals and buildings. Graffiti is everywhere, conveying messages like “Free Palestine.”

This will be updated soon.
